Inserting your Core One correctly ensures a secure fit, better sound quality, and less feedback.
Identifying left and right
- The left hearing aid is marked with a blue indicator; the right is marked red.
Inserting the hearing aids
- Hold the hearing aid by its body and grasp the removal thread. Insert it gently into your ear canal with the thread pointing downward.
- Guide it in until it feels comfortable and secure. Do not force it deeper than is comfortable.
- Give the hearing aid a gentle tug to confirm it is seated properly and will not fall out.
Removing the hearing aids
- Grasp the removal thread that hangs from the hearing aid.
- Pull the hearing aid out of your ear gently.
- Place it in the charging case when not in use.
Tips
- If the hearing aid feels uncomfortable or causes whistling, try a different ear-tip size or switch between open and closed ear tips.
- Do not use tweezers or cotton swabs to remove the hearing aid from your ear.
