How to switch hearing programs on your Core One

Your Core One has two preset hearing programs you can switch between using the Ceretone app.

Programs

• Standard – everyday listening. You will hear one beep when this program is active.
• Restaurant – optimized for noisy environments. You will hear two beeps when this program is active.

How to switch programs

1. Open the Ceretone app on your phone, then put on your hearing aids.

2. Go to the Programs menu.
3. Select the program that best matches your environment.
4. If you do not have a smartphone, you may use the Core One web tool at ceretone.com/pages/core-one-web-app. It can be accessed on any desktop computer or device with a web browser (such as Google Chrome or Safari), as long as the device has sound output that your hearing aids can detect.
