Charge your Core One every night or anytime the battery is low so it is ready for the next day.
Charging steps
- Place each hearing aid in the correct slot of the charging case. Make sure the hearing aid connectors are seated properly.
- Connect the USB cable to the charging case and plug the other end into a power source.
- Check the charging indicator light on the case: a blue light means the hearing aids are charging. A white light means the hearing aids are fully charged.
- Leave the hearing aids in the case until the indicator turns white (fully charged) before use.
Low battery warning
- If the indicator light on the charging case flashes, the case battery is almost run out. Charge the case as soon as possible.
- When the case battery is nearly depleted, you will hear a “Beep-Beep-Beep” tone from the hearing aids.
Tips
- If the light does not appear, remove the hearing aid and reseat it in the case.
- Keep the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the case clean and dry.
- Use the provided USB cable and a standard power adapter.
