Before using your Core One for the first time, you need to activate it by removing the protective stickers and charging it in the case.
Activation steps
- Remove the protective stickers from both hearing aids.
- Place both hearing aids in the charging case.
- Plug the USB cable into the charging case and connect the other end to a power source. Leave them charging until the indicator light shows the case is fully charged.
- Once charged, remove the hearing aids from the case. They will turn on automatically after about 15 seconds.
- Insert the hearing aids and use the Ceretone app to finish setup and adjust settings.
