How to adjust the volume on your Core One

You can adjust the volume on your Core One using the Ceretone app. There are six volume levels available.

Using the app

  1. Open the Ceretone app and connect your hearing aids.
  2. Use the volume slider to increase or decrease the volume. You will hear a beep each time you reach a new level.
  3. You will hear a triple beep (“Beep-Beep-Beep”) when you reach the maximum volume.

Without a smartphone

  1. Visit the Core One web tool at ceretone.com/pages/core-one-web-app.
  2. Connect your hearing aids and use the volume control on screen.
