Why won't the Beacon app control your hearing aids?

What to do

  1. Make sure the hearing aids are connected to the Ceretone Hearing app.
  2. Enable the required permissions for the hearing aids on your phone.
  3. Turn off Do Not Disturb mode if music or call functions are not working properly after connection.
