To remove the hearing aid, use the attached thread and pull it out gently.
What to do
- Grip the thread attached to the hearing aid.
- Pull the hearing aid out of your ear gently.
- Place the hearing aids back in the charging case when you are done using them.
Important
Do not force the device out. If anything feels stuck or painful, stop and contact a hearing professional or doctor.
