A replacement request is different from a return. Replacements are usually for product issues, while returns are for purchases that simply are not the right fit for you.
What to include when you contact support
- your order number
- the model name
- which side is affected, if applicable
- a short description of the problem and when it started
- photos or video if the issue is visible
