How do I request a replacement?

If your hearing aid appears defective, damaged, or incomplete, contact Ceretone Support and ask for a replacement review.

A replacement request is different from a return. Replacements are usually for product issues, while returns are for purchases that simply are not the right fit for you.

What to include when you contact support

  • your order number
  • the model name
  • which side is affected, if applicable
  • a short description of the problem and when it started
  • photos or video if the issue is visible
