When will I receive my refund?

Typically, refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after the returned item has been received by our fulfillment department. We will only be able to refund your payment through the original payment method when you made your purchase. Please note that once we have processed your refund, your credit card or bank may take 3 to 7 business days to post the refund to your account. We are unable to affect this waiting period in any way as it is part of bank or credit card company's back end process.

  • Verification: Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items, we will notify you of your refund approval status.
  • Issuing Refund: If approved, the refund can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • Bank Processing Time: Please note that it may take 3 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
