If your Synvix hearing aids stop working, try these steps.
- Low battery in the charging case: charge the case for a period of time, then charge the hearing aids for about 2 hours.
- Poor contact between hearing aids and charging case: clean the charging contacts and reinsert the hearing aids into the case.
