If your Synvix sounds weak or fuzzy, try these steps.
- Volume is too low: increase the volume level.
- Hearing aids are clogged with earwax: remove and clean earwax from the eartips and sound outlet.
If sound still seems insufficient, keep in mind this product is designed for mild to moderate hearing loss — if your needs may exceed that range, consider speaking with a hearing healthcare professional.
