Transparency mode lets you adjust how much ambient sound comes through while listening to music or on a call.
- Tap the charging case display screen to open the Bluetooth menu, then select Transparency.
- Select a level from 1 to 3 — the higher the level, the more ambient sound you'll hear.
- You can also turn Transparency off for a more immersive music or call experience.
