How to use Bluetooth with your Synvix

Your Synvix can connect to your phone via Bluetooth for calls and music.

Turning Bluetooth on or off

Tap the charging case display screen once to turn Bluetooth on or off. You'll see "Bluetooth is On" or "Bluetooth is OFF" on the screen.

Pairing with your phone

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your hearing aid (see above).
2. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone and select "Pair New Device."
3. Select "Ceretone Synvix" to pair.
4. Accept any prompts your phone shows about the connection.

The screen shows "Connected" when successful, or "Disconnected" if the connection drops.

Note: Turning off Bluetooth when not in use can help save battery life.

Important: Do not use the Bluetooth function of your hearing aids for any medical purposes.
