Cleaning steps
- Use the supplied cleaning tool to gently remove earwax or debris from the hearing aids, eartips, and charging case.
- Inspect the hearing aids, eartips, and charging case regularly.
Storage & handling
- Do not drop your hearing aids or knock them against hard surfaces.
- Do not swim, shower, or use a sauna while wearing the hearing aids.
- Never rinse or submerge the hearing aids or charging case in water, as this can block sound openings or damage electronic components.
- Always remove your hearing aids when using hair care products such as hairspray or gel.
- Store the devices in a clean, dry location when not in use, away from high heat and high humidity.
What to avoid
- Do not use sharp tools or household objects to remove earwax from the device.
- Do not attempt to dry the hearing aids or charging case in an oven, microwave, or other heating equipment.
- Do not clean the devices with water, solvents, or cleaning fluids.
