Your Synvix comes with medium-sized eartips pre-installed, plus small and large sizes included.
Choosing and attaching eartips
- Choose an eartip size (S, M, or L) that fits your ear comfortably.
- Grasp and hold the hearing aid and eartip firmly.
- Align the opening of the eartip with the sound outlet of the hearing aid.
- Push the hearing aid into the eartip until you feel a click and it's fully attached.
Tips
- Gently pull on the eartip to make sure it's securely fastened.
- If whistling occurs, try a larger eartip size to improve the seal.
- If insertion feels difficult or uncomfortable, try a smaller eartip size.
