Before using your Synvix for the first time, you'll need to activate it.
Activation steps
- Charge the device to activate it before first use.
- Plug in the charging case to activate your Synvix and case.
- Remove the hearing aids from the case. They'll turn on automatically after about 10 seconds, and you'll hear "Power On."
