What should I do if Fusion still is not working after charging and cleaning?

If you have confirmed the hearing aids are charged, clean, and inserted correctly but they still do not work properly, stop troubleshooting and contact support.

Do not attempt to repair the hearing aids yourself, as this can damage the device and may affect warranty coverage.
