If the charging indicator light does not appear or your Fusion is not charging, the issue is usually with alignment, the cable connection, or dirty contacts.

Hearing aids not charging

  1. Remove each hearing aid from the case and reinsert it so the charging contacts align properly.
  2. Check that the orange indicator light appears. If it does not, try adjusting the position.
  3. Clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the case with a dry cloth.
  4. Make sure the charging case itself has power by checking that the USB cable is firmly connected.

Charging case indicator light is off or not flashing

  1. Confirm the adapter or power source is working.
  2. Check that the USB cable is connected to the correct port on the case (B port goes into the case; A port goes to the power supply).
  3. Charge the case for a period of time if the battery is fully depleted before checking the lights again.

What the indicator lights mean

  • Orange light: Charging in progress.
  • Green light: Fully charged.
