The Core One hearing aids have a rated battery life of approximately 13 hours per charge.
Signs your battery is low
- The charging case indicator light will begin flashing when the case battery is nearly empty.
- You will hear a Beep-Beep-Beep tone from the hearing aids when the case battery is almost run out.
What to do when the battery is low
- Place the hearing aids back in the charging case as soon as possible.
- Connect the charging case to power using the USB cable.
- Wait until the charging case indicator shows a solid white light, which means the hearing aids are fully charged.
Tips for better battery life
- Store the hearing aids in the charging case when not in use to keep them charged.
- Charge the case before the battery is fully depleted — aim to charge it at least every 28 days even when not in regular use.
- Keep the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and case clean and dry.
- Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or high humidity, which can degrade battery performance.
