How to set up your Core One hearing aids

Set up Core One with the Ceretone app or the Core One web tool.

1. Download the Core One app for your phone or open the web tool.
2. Choose whether you are pairing one hearing aid or a binaural pair.
3. Try the included ear-tip sizes and keep the size that gives you the best fit.
4. Place the hearing aids in the charging case for at least 30 seconds before first use and fully charge them if possible.
5. Follow the app prompts to complete setup and begin adjusting volume and programs.
