Your Core One Pro includes preset listening programs for different environments: Standard, Restaurant, Outdoor, and Tinnitus Masking.
There are two ways to change the program:
- Double-tap your ear while wearing the hearing aid to switch programs.
Listen for the voice prompt or check the charging case display to confirm the active program.
- Long-press the left button to change the program on the left hearing aid, and long-press the right button to change the program on the right hearing aid.
Watch the display screen as the program (e.g., “P1”) cycles until you reach the one you want.
If the hearing aid cycles past your preferred program, keep pressing to loop back to the first option.
