Your Core One Pro must be activated the first time you use it. After that, it powers on automatically when removed from the charger.
First-time activation
- Plug the charging case into power.
- Place the hearing aids in the case and wait for the indicator light to confirm activation.
Daily use
- Remove the hearing aid from the charging case.
- Wait about 5 seconds for the power-on prompt or startup delay to finish.
- Place the hearing aid back in the case to turn it off.
