If Nexus does not turn on, the most common causes are a drained battery, a battery inserted incorrectly, or the battery door not being closed fully.
- Replace the battery with a fresh size 13 zinc-air battery.
- Make sure the positive and negative sides are aligned correctly.
- Wait 3 to 5 minutes after removing the battery tab.
- Close the battery door completely.
