Weak, fuzzy, or unclear sound is often caused by buildup on the device or a worn eartip.

  • Clean the hearing aid and eartip.
  • Replace the eartip if it looks damaged.
  • Insert a fresh battery.
  • Try a different program if the listening environment has changed.
