If Nexus sounds too quiet or there is no sound, check the fit, the battery, and the sound outlet first.
- Replace the battery if needed.
- Make sure the eartip is not blocked with earwax.
- Reinsert the hearing aid for a better seal.
- Confirm the volume is not set too low.
