The Core One Pro turns on automatically after you remove it from the charging case.
What to do
- Take the hearing aids out of the charging case.
- Wait about 5 seconds for them to power on.
- Insert the hearing aids into your ears.
- Listen for the voice prompt confirming the current program.
Good to know
If the hearing aid does not turn on, place it back in the case, make sure it is seated correctly, then try again. If it still does not start, charge both the hearing aids and the case.
