The Core One Pro turns off automatically when it is placed back in the charging case correctly.
What to do
- Open the charging case.
- Place each hearing aid into the correct slot.
- Make sure it sits fully in place so charging begins.
Good to know
If the hearing aids are not seated correctly, they may stay on and may not charge. Check that the charging indicators light up after you place them in the case.
