Charge your Essential every night or anytime the battery is low so it is ready for the next day.
On many Essential units, a blue charging light confirms that the device is seated correctly.
- Place each hearing aid in the correct slot of the charging case.
- Make sure the charging contacts line up properly. If the device is misaligned, it may not charge.
- Connect the case to power using the charging cable that came with your hearing aids.
- Confirm that the charging indicator turns on.
- Leave the hearing aids in the case until they are fully charged before using them again.
If charging is inconsistent
- If the charging light does not appear, remove the hearing aid and place it back in the case again.
- Keep the charging contacts clean and dry.
- Use the provided charging accessories whenever possible.
