Your Essential uses a button to power on and the charging case to power off.
To turn it on
- Remove any activation sticker from the bottom of the hearing aid if this is your first use.
- Insert the hearing aid into your ear.
- Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds until you hear a beep.
To turn it off
- Place the hearing aid back into the charging case.
- Confirm that the charging light turns on so you know it is seated correctly.
