If Nexus does not stay in place, the eartip size may not be the best fit or the stabilizer bar may not be resting correctly in your ear.
Try reinserting the hearing aid and making sure the stabilizer bar sits at the bottom of the outer ear. If needed, switch to a different eartip size for a more secure fit.
