Nexus includes small, medium, and large eartips. The right size should feel comfortable and help the hearing aid stay in place without whistling.
If the eartip feels loose, falls out easily, or causes feedback, try a different size. If it feels too tight or uncomfortable, try a smaller size.
Many sound-quality issues improve once the eartip size is corrected.
