If Torch is not charging
Try these steps:
- make sure each hearing aid is placed in the correct charging slot
- check that the charging contacts are aligned properly
- clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the case
- confirm the case itself has power
If the lights still do not behave normally after cleaning and reseating the hearing aids, contact support.
