If the charging case light is not on or is flashing unexpectedly, possible causes include:
- The adapter is not powered
- The USB cable is connected incorrectly
- The hearing aids are not seated correctly in the charging base
- The hearing aids are turned on; make sure they are turned off.
Reconnect the cable, confirm the adapter has power, and reinsert the hearing aids.
