If your hearing aids are not charging, check the following:
- The hearing aids are inserted into the correct charging slots
- The charging contacts on the devices and case are clean
- The charging cable is connected securely
- The power adapter is supplying power
- The hearing aids are turned on; make sure they are turned off.
Dirty contacts or incorrect placement are common causes.
