The hearing aid should not cause pain. Discomfort can happen if the eartip is the wrong size, the device is inserted incorrectly, or your ear is irritated.
Remove the device if you feel pain or strong discomfort. Try another eartip size and reinsert it carefully. If discomfort continues, stop using the device and contact a hearing professional or doctor.
