If the indicator light on your Style charging case is not lighting up or behaving unexpectedly, use these steps to diagnose the issue.
Steps to try
- Check the power source: Make sure the adapter is powered and the charging cable is securely connected to the case and the power source.
- Turn the case on: If the case was powered off, long-press the button for about 1 second to turn it back on. You can also plug in the charging cable to power it on.
- Check that the hearing aids are inserted correctly: Remove the hearing aids and reinsert them into the correct slots so the contacts align.
- Charge the case itself: If the case battery is depleted, connect the charging cable and allow the case to charge for a period of time before testing again.
What the lights mean
- Orange light: Case or hearing aids are charging.
- Green light: Case or hearing aids are fully charged.
- No light: Case may be off or disconnected from power.
