Style will not turn on

If your Style does not power on after removing it from the charging case, follow these steps to identify the cause.

Steps to try

1. Charge the hearing aids: Place them in the charging case and connect the case to power. Leave them to charge until the indicator light turns green (fully charged), then try again.
2. Wait a few seconds: After removing the hearing aids from the case, wait about 5 seconds — the hearing aids turn on automatically and may take a moment to power up.
3. Re-seat and remove again: Place the hearing aids back in the case, wait a moment, then remove them again.
4. Check that the charging case is on: If the case is powered off, the hearing aids will not charge properly. Long-press the case button for about 1 second to turn the case on, then charge the hearing aids before use.
