If your Style is silent or the sound seems unusually faint, a few common causes can be checked and resolved quickly.
Steps to try
- Check the battery: Place the hearing aids in the charging case and charge them. Low battery is a common cause of weak or no sound.
- Check the ear tip: Remove the ear tip and inspect the microphone opening and sound outlet for earwax or debris. Clean gently with the enclosed cleaning tool.
- Check the volume: Short-press the button to cycle to a higher volume level. Two beeps indicate maximum volume.
- Check the fit: A loose or wrong-sized ear tip can reduce sound quality. Try a different size.
- Restart the hearing aids: Place the hearing aids back in the case, wait a few seconds, then remove them again to power them back on.
