If your Style hearing aids are not charging, the issue is usually with the case connection, charging contacts, or power source.

Steps to try

  1. Check the charging cable: Make sure the USB cable is firmly connected to both the charging case and the power source. Use the cable included with your Style.
  2. Check that the hearing aids are seated correctly: Remove each hearing aid and re-insert it into its correct slot in the case. The charging contacts must align for charging to begin. An orange indicator light confirms the hearing aid is charging.
  3. Clean the charging contacts: Inspect the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and inside the case for earwax or debris. Wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth.
  4. Turn the charging case on: If the charging case has been powered off, long-press the button for about 1 second to turn it on, or plug in the charging cable.
  5. Try a different power source: Plug the charging cable into a different USB port or adapter.

Indicator lights to watch for

  • Orange light on hearing aids: Hearing aids are charging correctly.
  • Green light on hearing aids: Hearing aids are fully charged.
  • No light: Check the cable connection and contact alignment.
