If the charging case indicator light does not appear, or the hearing aids are not charging when placed in the case, use the steps below to resolve the issue.
Case indicator light not on
- Adapter not powered: Check that the charging cable is fully connected to both the case and a working power source. Try a different outlet or USB port.
- Cable connected incorrectly: Disconnect and reconnect the charging cable to the case port.
- Battery over-discharged: If the case battery is fully depleted, it may take a few minutes before the indicator light appears after connecting to power. Leave it connected and wait.
Case will not charge the hearing aids
- Hearing aids not seated correctly: Remove the hearing aids and reinsert them into the correct slots (L for left, R for right). The blue charging light on each unit confirms correct placement.
- Charging contacts dirty: Clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the inside of the case using a dry cloth or the included cleaning tool. Do not use water or solvents.
Indicator light meanings
- Blue light — charging in progress (case or hearing aid)
- White light — fully charged (case or hearing aid)
