- Your hearing changed suddenly or rapidly.
- You have pain, drainage, or fluid coming from the ear.
- You feel dizzy or have spinning sensations.
- You hear much worse in one ear than the other.
- You have a lot of earwax or think something may be in your ear.
- Your ear is misshapen, injured, or uncomfortable.
If any of these apply, see a doctor or hearing professional before continuing to use the device.
