Cleaning tips
- Keep the devices clean and dry.
- Use the included cleaning tool to remove earwax and debris.
- Clean the sound outlet carefully.
- Clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the charging case.
- Use a dry cloth only. Do not rinse the devices or use cleaning fluids.
Important
Do not use sharp tools, water, solvents, or heat to clean or dry the hearing aids.
