How to Remove and replace the eartips

You can replace the eartips at home.

To remove an eartip

1. Hold the hearing aid firmly.
2. Use the wiping side of the cleaning tool to peel away the eartip.
3. If you no longer have the cleaning tool, you can simply pinch the top of the ear tip and twist it out of the device.

To install a new eartip

1. Choose the right size.
2. Align the opening of the eartip with the sound outlet of the hearing aid.
3. Make sure the notch of the eartip is aligned with the line on the hearing aid.
4. Push the eartip onto the device until it clicks into place.
