Why are my Core One Pro hearing aids not charging?

If the hearing aids are not charging, start with the basics.

1. Make sure each hearing aid is placed in the correct slot.
2. Confirm the hearing aids are seated fully in the case.
3. Check whether the charging lights come on.
4. Clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the charging case.
5. Charge the case if its battery is low.
