Before using Solid for the first time, place both hearing aids in the charging case and connect the case to power. Charging the devices activates them for first use.
- Turn both hearing aids off.
- Plug the charging cable into the case.
- Place both hearing aids into the charging slots.
- Allow them to charge before wearing them.
If the devices still do not power on after charging, check that they are seated correctly in the case and that the case is connected properly.
