Replace the eartip if it looks worn, feels loose, or no longer fits comfortably.
- Pull the old eartip off the sound outlet.
- Push the new eartip on firmly until it feels secure.
- Check that the eartip is attached fully before wearing the hearing aid.
Tip: A loose or damaged eartip can cause whistling or weak sound.
