If Fusion sounds very quiet or there is no audio at all, the most common causes are low battery, clogged openings, or an incorrect fit.
- Charge both hearing aids fully.
- Make sure the hearing aids are inserted correctly and the eartips fit securely.
- Increase the volume if needed.
- Clean away any earwax or debris from the microphone area and sound outlet.
If sound is still weak after charging and cleaning, contact support for additional troubleshooting.
