The wax guard helps protect the hearing aid from earwax.
What to do
- Open the wax guard case.
- Take out the tool and place the hearing aid in the illustrated position.
- Insert the removal hook into the old wax guard and pull it straight out.
- Use the other end of the tool to insert the new wax guard.
- Throw away the used wax guard.
