Choosing the right eartip size
Torch includes multiple eartip sizes. The right size should feel secure, comfortable, and stable in your ear.
Try a different eartip if:
- the hearing aid feels loose
- it whistles or feeds back
- it feels uncomfortable or does not stay in place
After attaching a new eartip, gently pull on it to make sure it is securely attached.
