Who should not use Torch
Torch is intended for adults age 18 and older. Do not use OTC hearing aids without medical guidance if you have warning signs such as:
- sudden hearing loss or rapidly changing hearing
- pain, discomfort, drainage, pus, or blood from the ear
- severe dizziness or spinning sensations
- hearing loss in only one ear
- congenital ear deformity or unusual ear shape
- a large amount of earwax or suspected blockage
If any of these apply, consult a doctor, preferably an ENT, before using the device.
